It shows a little shrew trying to survive in a bombed city and a request to donate to War Child UK, a charity that specializes in rights of children affected by war and conflict. I've been listening to some live albums lately, so I decided to throw together a little list of some of my faves. Leave a comment with your faves. Queen - Live Killers (1979) This one might be my favourite live album. It's cut together from different shows, but it feels like one and it's a superb recording of Queen, maybe at the height of their powers. Happy 65th birthday (born 30 July 1958) to one of my all-time favourite weirdos and overall super cool lady. Above is a pic of her filming in a water tank for a video sequence (for The Ninth Wave suite) that was included in her Before the Dawn shows in 2014. Probably the greatest concert I've ever attended. Happy 45th anniversary to Kate Bush's legendary album, The Kick Inside, released this day in 1978. My first encounter was flipping channels at Pete's house and somehow stopping on a broadcast of The Single File and being completely captivated. Not long after that, Hounds of Love was released and I bought it straight away and instantly fell in love. I quickly bought up all the albums previous to that and was firmly on the bandwagon.
