About Life Without Algorithms

What do you do to unplug? Yes, we need to be connected to be able to work, check in with friends/fam, and order pizza. This is the world in which we live, for better or for worse (sometimes it's difficult to tell which, at this point). It's damn near impossible to completely go off the grid, BUT...here at LWA, we do try to unplug as much as we can in order to free our brains from doom-scrolling and try to breathe in the moment, even if just for a bit.

Sometimes it's as simple as putting on a record or a movie. Taking a walk around your hood. Maybe just reading a book in bed. Whatever works for you, it's difficult sometimes. We're just trying to remember to enjoy the moments whenever we can.
